Local data and favourites
Language, team and match favourites, and an optional nickname are stored in this browser. They are not automatically synced as account data to the server or other devices. Remove favourites, edit your nickname or clear this site’s browser data. Recovery after clearing is not guaranteed.
Email feedback
When you email us, scoreAI and mail providers process your sender address, message, attachments and mail headers to reply, verify corrections, handle privacy requests and prevent abuse. Send only necessary information. The website no longer collects or stores new feedback through a form.
Technical data and purposes
Loading pages and images or following external links sends technical details such as IP address, browser information and request URL to the relevant service. Site services may process requests and errors for operation, security and troubleshooting. Current site code has no third-party advertising or behavioural analytics tracking scripts. Future additions will be disclosed with choices where applicable.
Third parties and international processing
Hosting, email or image providers may process necessary data outside Malaysia. Third-party images and external links are subject to their own privacy practices. scoreAI does not use feedback emails as football API query inputs or AI article generation material, and does not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Local data remains until removed by you or your browser. Email and legacy feedback are kept as needed for the request, troubleshooting and applicable obligations; no uniform automatic deletion period is currently set. Access should be limited to people who need it for handling requests. No transmission or storage is absolutely secure; avoid sending sensitive information.
Access, correction and deletion
Email support@scoreai.my to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied, identifying the email, date or legacy receipt. Necessary identity checks may apply. We will explain limitations; applicable retention obligations may restrict deletion. Manage local favourites in your browser.
Minors and changes
The site provides general football information and does not ask visitors for dates of birth or identity documents. Guardians may contact us about unnecessary information supplied by a minor. We update this notice when practices change and explain material changes on relevant pages.
